There are many components to sexual wellness.  Hormone optimization is a key part of maintaining and improving sexual health. Some women can also have concerns of decreased sensation in the vaginal or clitoris area making it very difficult to achieve an orgasm.  There can be many reasons for this such as surgeries, bike riding, trauma, etc...

The O-SHOT® is a procedure performed in our office that rejuvenates the vaginal area, clitoris, and can improve symptoms of incontinence in many women.  Numbing cream is applied to the area being treated.  Next, your blood is drawn and spun, extracting only the platelet rich plasma (PRP). PRP is then injected into the vaginal area and clitoris with little to no discomfort.  Improvements can be seen in the next 3 weeks to 3 months.  

PRP has growth factors and increases collagen production bringing increased blood flow back to the area. PRP is also used for joint regeneration in many offices due to its healing and repairing tissue.
